Bone Broth is so easy to make. All you need is some good old bones, organic and grass-fed is best. These are a list of the nutrients you can get from making your own bone broth: Sulfur, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Calcium, Chondroitin Sulfate, Hyaluronic acid, Proline, Glycine, Collagen, Gelatin, and Bone Marrow. Now that is a superfood. It is very healing to the gut and digestive system.

Just fill your pot or CrockPot with filtered water, bones that you roasted in over for about 30-40 minutes, garlic, vegetables scraps, and 1-2 TBS of raw apple cider vinegar. You bring it to a boil and then simmer it for 24-48 hours. I also add some sea salt, turmeric, and any other herbs you like. That’s it!! You can’t mess it up.

Here is a blog post that goes into detail about bone broth.
