I just thought I would show you how I start my Bone Broth. I make this almost every week and get it in our diets on most days in someway. If you don’t use your up within 2-3 days, just put it in a freezer bag and freeze it for when you can make some soup. Try it in the morning with a little sea salt, warmed up on the stove. I am a 38 year old nutrient seeker. I have four children and a loving husband that all support me in trying to feed and nourish my family both spiritually, mentally, and physically. I lost my father to Diabetes, Parkinson's, and mental illness almost 2 years ago and just a few months ago I lost my sister Angie to Lung Cancer. She passed away in August 2015. I will forever miss her, but want to use my life to help others avoid disease and live a better life. A life not shared, is a life not worth living. I have been affected personally by modern day diseases that I believe are possible to avoid if you can nourish the body in what it needs. I am seeking to learn and share these things.
